KWASU Screening excercise form for admitted students in the 2014/2015 session

The underlisted candidates In the KWASU 1st Admission List and 2nd admission list have met the requirements for admission into KWASU and have been shortlisted to attend Admission Screening Exercise at Kwara State University, Malete.

The candidates are expected to download and complete the screening form placed on the University’s website by Clicking Here

The completed screening form should be brought along with the candidates’ original and photocopies of Credentials and Certificates of State/Local Government Citizenship.

The screening excersice has been scheduled to hold from Wednesday 30th July – Friday 1st August, 2014 in the University Auditorium, Malete, at 10.00am daily.

Federal University FU-WUkARI Direct Entry 2014/2015 Screening details

The Federal University Wukari has published a screening invitation for candidates interested in studying at the university through direct entry admission.

The Direct entry screening exercise is open to only Direct Entry Candidates who choose Federal University Wukari as their first choice.

Please note that all Candidates are expected to possess five (5) credits at SSCE (or equivalent) in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings including credit passes in English and Mathematics.

Candidates are also requested to kindly note that credit passes in English Language and Mathematics shall be compulsory for admission into all programmes (this also applies to Direct entry candidates) EXCEPT English & Literary Studies and History & Diplomatic Studies where credit pass in Mathematics is not required.

Please note that only Candidates who meet Departmental and Faculty requirements for their proposed programmes of study are eligible to apply for the 2014/2015 Post-UTME Screening Exercise of the Federal University Wukari.

Candidates applying for admission into 100 level undergraduate programmes must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in WASC, GCE, NECO or its equivalent.
Candidates applying for Direct Entry into 200 level must possess in addition to (a) above, A/L, IJMB, OND or NCE in the relevant courses.
Our Pre- Degree Progamme provides opportunity for you to remedy all academic deficiencies in your SSCE or UTME. The Programme will run for six months.

Bowen University Supplementary Admission Screening Exercise 2014

Bowen University, Iwo, Osun State will be conducting its Supplementary Admission Screening Exercise for candidates seeking admission into the University for the 2014/2015 Academic Session, on Saturday, 2nd August, 2014.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The following categories of candidates are eligible for the screening exercise:

Category 1: Candidate (s) who chose Bowen in JAMB.

Category 2: Candidate (s) who did not choose Bowen in JAMB.

Category 3: Candidate(s) who had applied but missed the Admission Screening Exercise held on Saturday, 14th June, 2014.

2. MODE OF APPLICATION

(a) On-Line Application

To complete the application form on-line:

i. Visit Bowen University website http/www.bowenuniversity-edu.org for completion and printing of pre-application slip using the Undergraduate Admission portal.

ii. Take the pre- application slip to any branch of the under listed banks for the payment of N 6, 500.00 (six thousand, five hundred naira) only:

EKSU Post Utme 2014 – Form, Exam Date, Cut off Mark is Out

This is to inform all UTME candidates who applied for admission into Ekiti State University, Ado- Ekiti for the 2014/2015 academic session that the screening form is now available.

The screening is open to candidates who chose EKSU in the 2014 UTME and scored 180/or above. The university will also give consideration to UTME candidates who did not choose EKSU but obtained 180 and above in their exam.

EKSU will admit only candidates that made at least 5 credit passes in SSCE/NECO/WASC/NABTEB in the relevant subjects at two sittings only.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Interested candidates are to pay the sum of Four Thousand Naira (4,000.00) only covering registration, processing and downloading of past questions to any branch of the following banks through e-tranzact platform and obtain a confirmation code which will be on the e-tranzact receipt; Access Bank, Ecobank, Enterprise Bank, First Bank, GTB, Wema Bank, Zenith Bank, UBA Plc.

The confirmation codes will be used to register online by the candidates. Candidates can also pay directly via the University portal using ATM cards and SMS alerts will be sent to the candidate containing the confirmation code.

Candidates are required to log on to www.eksu.ed.ng with their JAMB reg number and confirmation code, upload a 1″ x 1″ coloured passport photograph in red background and JPEG format only. Preview, confirm, submit and immediately print-out an acknowledgement slip.

SCREENING DATE & DETAILS EKSU: post utme 2014 screening exam will hold between Monday 4th to Friday 8th August, 2014 at the university campus. The exam will be Computer Based.

Candidates are advised to re-visit the eksu website on the closing day of application to print out their allotted time and exact date of examination.

Candidates are to come for the screening with the following;

a. JAMB Registration Slip.

b. Acknowledgment Slip printed out from the University portal.

c. 1″x1″ recent passport with red background.

Candidates are to report at the University Auditorium on the day of the exam for necessary briefing. Failure to attend the screening exam will cause the candidate to forfeit admission.

UNIUYO Post Utme Exam Date, Cut Off Mark, Registration Details 2014

2014 screening form for University of Uyo UNIUYO Post Utme is out. The University of Uyo hereby invites candidates who made the University their 1st Choice in the 2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and had a total score of 180 and above to a Screening Exercise.

HOW TO APPLY

Eligible candidates should pay the sum of N2,000.00 (two thousand naira) only and obtain a PIN Transaction Receipt which should contain a PIN code at the following Banks nationwide:
(i) University of Uyo Microfinance Bank (ii) Zenith Bank PLC (iii) Skye Bank PLC (iv) United Bank for Africa (UBA) PLC (v) First Bank PLC (vi) WEMA Bank PLC (vii) Ecobank PLC

Note: The same PIN Code will be used to access the result of the Screening Test from the internet.

Candidates must provide their names and JAMB registration numbers to the Bank during payment. With the PIN Code, candidates should access and complete the University of Uyo 2014 Post-UTME Screening Exercise Form online at http:// www.uniuyo.edu.ng

From the E-portal solutions navigation menu applying the following steps:

1) Click the Post-UTME e-portal link.

2) From the quick links/Account login menu bar.

3) Select Post-UTME Account login link.

4) Login with your UTME registration Number and PIN Code.

5) Fill the Post-UTME form and upload a recent passport size photograph (scanned), with red background. Webcam photograph will not be accepted.

6) Submit the online application form and print out a copy of the examination schedule slip.

NOTE: (i) The same passport photograph used for the online registration will be used during the Screening Exercise and for registration after the offer of admission.

(ii) No complaint of wrong Bio-Data or blank photograph will be entertained submission.

(iii) Candidates who up-load wrong bio-data will automatically be disqualified. Only candidates who comply with the registration procedures outlined above will be allowed to undergo the Screening Exercise.

SCREENING DATE & DETAILS

The Uniuyo Post Utme Screening Exercise will hold from Monday 28th to Thursday 31st July, 2014 at the University of Uyo, Town Campus and Town Campus Annex. Examination venues will be displayed at the gates.

Candidates are required to come for the Screening Exercise with the following items:

(i) Four (4) copies of the University of Uyo 2014 ON- LINE registration form dully completed with the passport-size photograph printed in colour.

(ii) 2014 JAMB (UTME) result print out.

(iii) Four (4) recent passport-size photographs on red background (same photograph as the one used for the on-line registration) with the name, UTME registration number, with signature of the candidate on the reverse side of the photographs. These should be packaged in quarto-size envelope and labeled with name, department and JAMB registration number.

(iv) HB pencil, eraser and sharpener.
(D) No GSM handsets, calculators or any other extraneous materials should be brought into the screening halls.

APPLICATION CLOSING DATE

The closing date for registration is Friday July 25, 2014 at midnight.

TASUED Post UTME & DE Screening Details 2014-2015 Announced

The management of Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Ijagun has announced the Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening exercise for candidates seeking admission into the institution for 2014/2015 session.

The Tasued Post Utme and DE screening details are as follows;

ELIGIBILITY:

The following candidates are eligible to apply for the 2014 Tasued post utme and DE screening exercise;

(i) Candidates who chose TASUED as their first most preferred institution in the 2014 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and scored a minimum of 180 in 2014 UTME.

(ii) Direct Entry candidates who chose TASUED as their first most preferred and/or second most preferred institution for the 2014/2015 Academic Session and have applied through Joint Admission And Matriculation Board (JAMB).

(iii) Candidates seeking a change of institution to TASUED through JAMB, having scored a minimum of 180 in 2014 UTME.

(iv) Direct Entry candidates seeking a change of institution to Tai Solarin University of Education and obtained 2014 Direct Entry JAMB form.

METHOD OF APPLICATION (LOG IN PROCEDURE):

Interested candidates are to apply online with the payment of application fee of One thousand naira only (N1,000.00) In addition, a processing fee of four thousand two hundred naira only (N4,200.00) for first choice candidates and Nine thousand two hundred naira only (N9,200.00) for categories of candidates in (iii) and (iv) above seeking change of institution to TASUED, payable with Master card or VISA ATM card. (Please print out your receipt after payment).

Candidates are strongly advised to click the University Degree Brochure and carefully study the O’Level requirements for the courses applied for, before registration on the TASUED website.

1. Visit the TASUED website www.tasued.edu.ng online.
2. Click “Post-UTME Registration Form”.
3. Complete the Registration Form by providing the required information; (i) Bio-Data: Surname, First Name, Middle Name, Sex, Date of birth, Age, Passport Size Picture (File Size: 20KB max, File Format: JPEG (i.e. ‘jpg’) (ii) Academic Data: JAMB Registration Number, Course, Post O’Level Qualifications obtained with grade (where applicable), UTME Score (Range: 180-400) (where applicable), Detailed O’Level Results (iv) Personal Data: E-mail, Phone Number, State of Origin, Local Government (if Ogun State), Name of Sponsor, Sponsor’s Address, Sponsor’s Phone Number.
4. Submit your form by clicking “submit” button.
5. Print out an identification slip containing your colour passport photograph. The printed slip will serve as candidate's identification/admission card for the screening test.

Note that false information provided by any candidate shall be detected by the special TASUED software application and such candidates shall be disqualified.

APPLICATION CLOSING DATE:

The sale of online form/ registration for Tasued post ume will close on Friday 8th August, 2014.

SCREENING DATES & DETAILS:

Screening shall be conducted on Saturday 9th August and Sunday 10th August, 2014 for all UTME candidates at the Ososa Campus of the University, by 7.00am. The screening date for Direct Entry (200 Level) applicants shall be on Tuesday 2nd September and Wednesday 3rd September, 2014 at the University Main Campus, Ijagun by 8.00am.

Candidates’ participation in the screening exercise is a mandatory requirement for entry into Tai Solarin University of Education.

Candidates should prepare for e-test and bring along the following to the venue of the screening exercise:

• Original colour print-out from the On-line registration
• Original JAMB Examination Notification of Result slip or Direct Entry Registration Slip
• Application fee receipt for post UTME

NOTE:
(i) Electronic calculators, cell phones (GSM, CDMA, etc.) and other electronic devices are not allowed in the venue of the screening exercise
(ii) Candidates are to arrive at the screening venue an hour before the commencement of the exercise.
The results of the screening exercise should be checked on the University website after the screening exercise.

IMT 2014/2015 Post UTME Screening Form Out

The management of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu invites applications for the 2014/2015 Post UTME Screening Exercise.

Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the imt post utme screening exercise:
(a) Candidates must have picked Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu as their first or second choice;
(b) Candidates who did not choose Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, but wish to be considered for admission into the Institute, may also apply;
(c) The general UTME score of 150.

Registration procedure:
Interested candidates should go to the following Banks to purchase an IMT electronic application PIN for N5,000.00 only:

Zenith Bank Plc = Trans-Ekulu, Enugu.
Fidelity Bank Plc = Ogui Road, Enugu.
Mainstreet Bank Ltd. = Ogui Road, Enugu.
First Bank of Nig. Plc. = Okpara Avenue, Enugu.
United Bank for Africa Plc = Station Road, Enugu.

Using the PIN go to www.imt.edu.ng to fill and submit the application form. Download and print the acknowledgement slip after filling the form.

Application Closing Date:
The IMT Post UTME screening registration ends on 29th August 2014.

Screening Date and Requirements:
The imt post utme screening is from 17th to 19th September 2014. Candidates are required to arrive the screening venue with:

UI Freshers Medical Screening Dates, Requirements & Venues – 2013/2014

Scholars NG releases the medical screening requirements, date and venues of The University of Ibadan (UI) for 2013/2014 academic session.

The 2013/2014 Students Medical Screening for the newly admitted students of the University of Ibadan would commence on 2^nd June 2014 and end 13^th June 2014 from 9am to 2pm daily.

The new intakes are to have their Chest ?X-rays done at the approved X-ray centres before the commencement of the screening exercise. They are to report at the designated venues for the screening with their Chest X-rays and the Student Medical Examination Form which has been downloaded from the Internet.

A Mop-up Screening Exercise would be on these Saturdays (June 14th, June 21st and June 28th) at the University Health Service from 9am to 2pm for students who missed the main screening exercise.

APPROVED X-RAY CENTRES FOR THE 2013/2014 STUDENTS MEDICAL SCREENING.

Newly admitted students of the University of Ibadan for the 2013/2014 Academic Session are enjoined to have their Chest X-rays done at these designated X-ray centres before the commencement of the screening.

All Chest X-rays MUST be accompanied with a RADIOLOGIST’S REPORT duly stamped and signed by a RADIOLOGIST.
