The Vice-Chancellor (VC) of University of Abuja (UNIABUJA), Prof. Michael U. Adikwu, following the suspension of the Academic Staff Union of University (ASUU) strike in the university, has directed the re-opening of the school and approved the updated academic calendar for the conclusion of the 2012/2013 academic session.

The Detailed Academic Calender Is As Follows;

● Sunday 20th July, 2014: Re-opening of Students Hostels.

● Monday 21st July, 2014: Conclusion of 2nd Semester lectures (2-weeks) for SIWES Faculties and Departments and 3-weeks for all other Faculties and Departments.

● Monday 4th August, 2014: 2nd semester examination for the SIWES levels (1-week) starts.

● Monday 11th August, 2014: SIWES commences. 2nd semester examination commence for all Faculties and Departments

● Saturday 6th September, 2014: End of 2nd semester examination and session.

Fed Poly Bauchi Academic Calendar 2014 Has Been Revised

The informaton reaching our desk indicates that the management of Federal Polytechnic Bauchi have released the revised academic calendar of activities for students.

Sequel to the suspension of months old strike by ASUP, The Academic Board of the Polytechnic at its emergency meeting held on Monday 14th July, 2014 had approved the new school calendar as follows:

1. Lectures to commence on Wednesday, 30 July, 2014.

2. Screening of New Admitted Students starts on Monday 25h August, 2014.

3. Second Semester Exams starts from Monday 8th to Saturday 20th September, 2014.

UNILORIN Various Departmental Cut Off Marks 2014/15 Now Available

To register for University of Ilorin PUTME, candidates are advised to check the various departmental cut off marks for unilorin to know if they are qualified.

JAMB UTME Candidates who are not qualified for the course originally chosen are advised to change their course as indicated on the payment page. Note the sum of N2,500 is charged for change of course.
