2015/2016 Lagos State Bursary Award Is Currently On going

This is to notify Lagos State indigenes in Tertiary Institutions all over the country that application forms for the State’s 2015/2016 Bursary Award will be available online at www.lagosscholarship.org from Monday, June 1^st to close of work on Friday, November 13^th, 2015.The Management of the Lagos State Scholarship Board has called for applications from indigenes of Lagos state studying in any tertiary institution in Nigeria to apply for the bursary award. All such students are hereby informed. See the application details below and follow the instructions carefully.

Method Of Application

Each applicant is expected to pay, and obtain a receipt, of One Thousand Naira (N1, 000.00) only while Law School/Maritime Academy students are to pay Two Thousand (N2, 000.00) only.
Payment should be made at the Office of the Special Adviser on Education, Block 5, Room 314, the Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja. Thereafter, scratch cards should be obtained at the Office of the Lagos State Scholarship Board, 254 Ipaja Road, beside NYSC Orientation Camp, Agege, on presentation of the above mentioned receipt.

Duly completed application forms must be brought and submitted with photocopies of all documents required by the Board at the interview venues.
REQUIREMENTS:

1. Evidence of indigeneship from:-

(a) An Oba and (b) Local Government Council

2. Current letter of Admission. 3. Student’s Identity Card.
3. Birth Certificate. 5. Academic Certificates obtained.
4. JAMB result slip.
5. Lagos State Residents Registration Agency (LASSRA) identification card of the applicant.
6. Parents or guardian’s Tax clearance.
7. Any other documentary evidence.
