Scholars NG through this medium wishes to inform the general public, especially all students who chose the Federal Polytechnic, Ede (EDEPOLY) in the 2014 JAMB UTME that the Post UTME screening exercise form for the 2014/2015 academic session of the institution is out. This is inform all candidates who applied for the 2014/2015 admission into the institution and made The Federal Polytechnic, Ede their first or second choice and scored 150 and above in the last Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination that the post UTME screening exercise will hold from 12th to 16th August 2013.

Applications for admission will be done fully online. To make online payment, follow the link on the school website: pay.federalpolyede.edu.ng and adhere strictly to the instructions provided.

1. All applications attract a charge of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only exclusive of other charges.

- 2. All payments for application should be made through Interswitch/Quickteller website using your Debit Card, Master Card, or Prepaid Card.

Regardless of the preferred payment channel used to complete your payment, the Polytechnic portal is automatically updated with your payment after completion and you will be able to complete the online admission form.

Applicants are required to:

- Use exactly the same names (and in the order as used) on the JAMB/UTME form.

- Submit two(2) valid e-mail addresses as they will be contacted via e-mail and SMS with information on their application and the post UTME results.

- Use clear passport size photograph when filling the online application.

DISQUALIFICATION NOTICE

CANDIDATES WHO MAKE FALSE DECLARATION OF UTME SCORES AND ORDINARY LEVEL GRADES (SSCE, GCE,NECO AND THEIR EQUIVALENTS) AS WELL AS STATE OF ORIGIN SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
