University of Uyo (UNIUYO) Post UTME Rescheduled

The Management board of the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) uses Scholars NGas a mouthpiece to inform the general public, especially her prospecting students who applied or are willing to apply for the 2014/2015 Post UTME in the institution that the school has made some changes in regards to the Post UTME registration deadline and Exam dates.

The screening which was earlier scheduled to hold on Monday, July 28, 2014 to Thursday, July 31, 2014 will now Hold from Wednesday, July 30, 2014 to Friday, August 01, 2014.

LASPOTECH Post Utme 2014 – Cut Off Mark, Exam Date, Registration Details

Invitation has been sent to all eligible candidates for the 2014/2015 Post-Utme screening exercise The management of Lagos State Polytechnic.

All candidates who made Lagos State Polytechnic as their Institution of choice, and obtained the minimum cut-off mark/score of 150 set for Polytechnics and Monotechnics in the 2014/2015 UTME and also have the required relevant credits as contained in the JAMB brochure.

PROCEDURE FOR LASPOTECH POST UTME 2014 SCREENING REGISTRATION:

Interested candidates are expected to make a payment of N2,000 (Two Thousand Naira only) excluding Bank charges to e-Transact or Interswitch(ATM Card-Verve or Master card) at any Bank. Upon making full payment, candidates are given a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for purchase of Post-UTME form and Past Question papers ON-LINE.

Candidates are advised to visit the Lagos State Polytechnic website www.laspotech.net and follow the steps below to make payment on-line, fill-in their details and print out the screening slip.

(1) Click on the “2014/2015 Admission” link at the left hand corner.

(2) Click on “proceed to Application Form”

(3) Click on “start a new Application”

(4) Select type of programme i.e. Post-UTME

(5) Thereafter, complete the “Basic Data Form”. Ensure that all items marked (*) are completed

(6) Then, Click on “Continue”

(7) Select the means of payment applicable i.e. e-transact or Interswitch(ATM Card-Verve or Master card).

(i)If E-Transact:

Select e-Transact
(ii) If Interswitch;

Select Interswitch

Click “OK” to proceed

Select your ATM Card type (Verve or Master card)

Input your card information

Click “Pay” to complete your payment process

Enter the confirmation order and receipt numbers (these are issued at the bank at the

point of payment) then click “Continue”.

(8) Print receipt and Past Question Papers

(9) Complete the application form as appropriate.

(4). You will equally be required and prompted to upload a colour passport photograph of NOT MORE THAN 20kb in size.

(5). Read and accept the attestation, cross-check your entries on the application form, if okay Click “submit” application form.

(6). Print out your Application form. You will be required to present this at the Screening Venue and also at a later date, so keep it safely.

SCHEDULE OF SCREENING VENUES, DATES AND PROGRAMMES:

The screening exercise will take place between Tuesday 26th through Thursday 28th August, 2014. Applicants will be duly informed on the precise date, time and venue for the screening of their respective programmes of study on the LASPOTECH website: www.laspotech.net and their respective e-mail addresses/cell phone (sms).

Candidates should note that Screening starts at 9.00a.m each day at the Screening Venues and they will only be allowed into the school premises one hour (1 Hr) before their scheduled screening time.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

(i) UTME Result Notification Slip must be presented at the Screening Venue.

(ii) GSM, Calculators and other electronic devices are not allowed.

(iii) Parents, Guardians and other unauthorized personnel within and outside the Polytechnic will not be allowed at the screening venues during the Post-UTME Screening Exercise.

(iv) Candidates are to ensure that a valid Email address and functional cell phone numbers are used as these will be the means of communication.

(v) Candidates are expected to use 2B Pencil ONLY

APPLICATION CLOSING DATE:

Purchase and submission of form on-line will close on Friday 8th August, 2014.

UNILAG 1st Semester Examination Time Table 2014

The management of University of Lagos (UNILAG) has released the examination time table for first semester of the 2013/2014 academic session.

The students are advised to note that the 1st semester examination will start on 23rd June, 2014.

NOTE: The UNILAG 1st semester exam time table can best be viewed with a PDF capable device, preferably a Computer and not mobile phones.
