2015/2016 Direct Entry (DE) screening of Kogi State University, Anyigba, has been postponed-See New Date



This is to inform the general public that the 2015/2016 Direct Entry (DE) screening of Kogi State University, Anyigba, has been postponed and rescheduled for a new date. The management of the University had released a piece of information on their official website to this effect. The exam scheduled to hold on 16th October, 2015 had now been given a new date.



All candidates who are preparing for the KSU Direct Entry screening are hereby informed. The following is the copy of the message as released on the official website of Kogi State University.

NEBTEB Result for the 2015 May/June Officially Out, CLICK HERE To see how to check

The National Business and Technical Examinations Board has announced the results for the 2015 May/June National Business Certificate/National Technical Certificate examinations.

This is to bring to notice of those that wrote NEBTEB examination that the result is official out, please you are advised to visit the official website for more information, you can also read below to see how you can check your result.
The Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the board, Dr. Olatunde Aworanti, who made the announcement in Benin, the Edo State capital, on Thursday, said that 19,000 candidates scored five credits and above, including English Language and Mathematics.
Aworanti explained that the figure represented 54.09 per cent of a total of 75, 468 candidates who sat for the examinations. He added that this was 12.91 per cent lower than last year’s figure.
The registrar, who said that 54,016 candidates, representing 70.25 per cent, had five credit and above, with or without English and Mathematics, noted that 15,848 sat for the Engineering Trade, 6,846 entered for Construction Trades; 1,710 for Miscellaneous Trades; and 16,818 for Business Trades.
He said that the board had pruned down the number of examination centres which he said was responsible for the reduction in examination malpractice to 1.9 per cent, representing 2,079 incidences

  1. Enter your Candidatate Identification Number e.g. 38001178
  2. Select the Type of Examination
  3. Enter the 4 digits of your Examination Year e.g. 2002
  4. Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card. The Card Serial Number has an alphabet prefix followed by digits e.g. N123456789
  5. Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card eg. 012345678912
  6. Click Submit and wait for the results window to come up

2014/2014 UNIZIK Diploma 1st Semester Exams Postponed(ShareTHIS)

This is to inform the general public that the first semester Examination for the 2014/2015 academic session in the Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) Diploma Programme has been cancelled and postponed to the first week of May, 2015.
Please note that the postponement is not unconnected with the problem recorded in the institution’s portal owing to the Payee ID related issue.

UNIZIK 2013/2014 2nd Semester Examinations Postponed

The information reaching our desk indicates that the management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka have postponed the second semester examinations for 2013/2014 academic session earlier scheduled to commence on Monday 11th August, 2014.

The examinations will now commence on Monday 18th August, 2014.

This is to enable the university to conduct a hitch free Post-UTME screening exercise which shall take place from Tuesday 12th August to Saturday 16th August 2014.

All students are therefore advised to watch out for an updated examination time table at all noticeboards of the university.

UNIJOS Reschedules Exam Date

Scholars NG hereby informs all prospective students of UNIJOS that the management of University of Jos (UNIJOS) have re- scheduled the dates of some examination because of the monthly sanitation exercise usually observed in Plateau State during the last Saturday of every month which held last Saturday, July 26th 2014.

In view of the above development, students are hereby notified that all examinations scheduled for the morning hours from 8.00 am to 11.00 am that day be shifted to Monday, 11th August, 2014 from 8.00 am to 11.00 am. Similarly, in the event of the Sallah public holidays, all examinations scheduled on the two days has now been shifted to Tuesday, 12th August and Wednesday 13th August 2014 respectively.

By this arrangement, GST CBT examinations earlier scheduled from Monday 11th August will now take place from Wednesday, 13th August and all other CBT examinations will follow in that order.

3.0 ELIGIBILITY
Candidates who obtained the UTME cut-off mark of 180 and above in the Humanities, Management Social Sciences (in relevant subjects) who chose Federal University Wukari as their first choice.

Candidates who obtained the UTME cut-off mark of 180 and above in the Agriculture and Sciences (in relevant subjects) who chose Federal University Wukari as their first choice.
For Direct Entry Candidates who choose Federal University Wukari as their first choice

Please note that all Candidates are expected to possess five (5) credits at SSCE (or equivalent) in relevant subjects at not more than two sittings including credit passes in English and Mathematics, this also applies to Direct Entry Candidates;
Candidates are also requested to kindly note that credit passes in English Language and Mathematics shall be compulsory for admission into all programmes (this also applies to Direct entry candidates) EXCEPT EnglishLiterary Studies and History Diplomatic Studies where credit pass in Mathematics is not required;

Please note that only Candidates who meet Departmental and Faculty requirements for their proposed programmes of study are eligible to apply for the 2014/2015 Post-UTME Screening Exercise of the Federal University Wukari.

Candidates should kindly go online and log onto www.fuwukari.edu.ng , the official website of the Federal University Wukari for more information on Departmental and Faculty subject combination requirements for admission to the University.

Kindly also note that unqualified Candidates who show up at the venue(s) of the Post-UTME Screening Exercise will not be screened.

4.0 REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
i. Ensure that you are fully qualify to apply for the POST-UTME Aptitude test for the Federal University Wukari by going online and logging onto www.fuwukari.edu.ng website. Click on “Faculty and Departmental Subject Combination Requirements for Admission into the 2014/15 academic session of the Federal University Wukari “.

ii. If you meet Departmental and Faculty requirements for your proposed programme of study and stipulated UTME cut off mark, go to any branch of Keystone Bank and pay the screening fee of N2,500.00 in favour of Federal University Wukari excluding bank charges; or candidates can pay online via www.fuwukari.edu.ng portal.

iii. With the payment, a pin will be generated that will enable the candidate to register for the P-UTME and check results
iv Go online and log onto www.fuwukari.edu.ng website and click on “Apply for 2014/15 POST-UTME Aptitude Test”.
Download the Post-UTME Application Form ( both for UTME and Direct Entry candidates) complete in duplicate and affix your passport photographs;

Candidates are expected to bring two copies of completed application form and their bank teller to the venue of the Post-UTME exercise;

APPLICATION DEADLINE
Website closes by midnight on 7th August, 2014.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: Your Application will not be successful if:

Your UTME score is less than the prescribed cut-off for Sciences and Humanities, Social and Management Sciences;
You do not possess 5 WAEC, NECO or NABTEB O’ Level credit passes in relevant subjects for your proposed programme of study;

You do not meet Departmental/Faculty requirements for your proposed programme of study;

If any information entered on your application form differs from what was indicated on your JAMB Registration Form.
For Direct Entry Candidates, if you obtain your diploma from a University

Important Instructions
Please use exactly the same names (and in the same order) as on your JAMB Registration Form);
Kindly fill current and valid e-mail addresses and cell phone numbers on your Application Form for ease of contact.
5.0 Items to be brought to the Venue of the POST-UTME Screening Exercise

UTME Result Slip(If you don’t have the one that bears your photograph,click here to get yours);
Photocopies of SSCE, GCE , NECO or NABTEB results;
Two Copies of Completed Application Forms with Passport Photographs affixed;
Keystone Bank deposit teller or receipt of N2,500.00 in favour of Federal University Wukari excluding the bank charges
The following writing materials:
a. HB pencil;
b. Eraser

6.0 CAUTION
The following items are not allowed in the Screening Halls
Mathematical tables and Calculators;
Biros and Pens;

GSM phones (those brought into the halls will be confiscated).
Candidates are advised to read the preceding instructions carefully and comply.
